Shipping policy

We endeavour to dispatch all orders for in stock items within 1 business day. Where items are on backorder we will work as quickly as possible to get the stock to you, and at all times will communicate estimated time of arrival and any changes to this as they may occur.

Except where indicated, all prices exclude GST. Please note shipping charges are subject to change at any time.

Waiheke Island incurs a surcharge. Great Barrier Island is charged at Auckland rates, but receiver pays a surcharge for delivery of item via Great Barrier Airlines.

Dangerous goods charges are for urban areas only. On-forwarding costs and rural deliveries will incur additional charges. Collections from local depots are available to avoid further charges.
